Privacy Policy for Size It Up

Last updated: September 28, 2026

This privacy policy explains what information the Size It Up mobile app ("the app") collects, how it is used, and what choices you have. Size It Up is a single player scale guessing game. It does not require an account, login, or personal profile of any kind to play.

Who is responsible

Size It Up is developed and published by Jellymaps (Jelmer Molenaar), based in the Netherlands. For the small amount of information described below that the app handles itself, Jellymaps is the responsible party. You can reach us at team.jellymaps@gmail.com.

Information stored on your device

The app saves your progress, including unlocked levels, star ratings, achievements, high scores, and your mute preference, directly on your device. This is game progress only. It is not sent to us or to any third party, and we do not run any server that stores it. If you uninstall the app, this data is deleted. You can also delete it at any time by clearing the app's storage in your device settings.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows advertisements through Google AdMob to support free play. To deliver, measure, and personalize ads and to help prevent fraud, Google's advertising technology may collect and process information from your device, which can include:

This data is collected and processed by Google as an independent controller under its own privacy policy, not by us. It may be processed outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards Google describes. You can review Google's practices at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

We do not receive this data and cannot identify you from it. We only receive anonymous, aggregated reports about ad performance and revenue.

Your consent and choices for ads

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before personal data is used to show personalized ads. This is done through a consent form provided by Google when you first open the app. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the "Privacy settings" option in the app, when it is shown, or by resetting or deleting your advertising ID in your device's Google settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything that happened before you withdrew it.

In-app purchase ("Remove Ads")

The app offers an optional one time purchase to remove advertisements. This purchase is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment details, such as card numbers or billing address. We only receive a confirmation from Google Play that the purchase was completed, which is stored on your device to keep ads turned off.

How long we keep information

We do not keep any personal information about you. Game progress stays on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its storage. Data processed by Google for advertising is kept according to Google's own retention policies.

What we do not collect

How to request deletion of your data

Size It Up (published by Jellymaps) does not keep any personal data about you on our own systems, so there is normally nothing on our side to delete. If you would still like to request deletion of any data associated with you, for example data processed by Google for advertising or purchases, send a request to team.jellymaps@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". We will respond within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is normally nothing for us to provide or delete, but you are welcome to contact us with any request. For data processed by Google for advertising, you can use the controls in your Google account at myaccount.google.com.

If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Children's privacy

The app is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where a user is identified as a child or under the age of consent, ads are served according to Google AdMob's policies for child directed and under age treatment, and personalized ads are not shown.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new "Last updated" date.
